How Hypnosis Works and Most Common Uses

Most of our mental-emotional blocks are at a subconscious level and were formed long before we were old enough to remember. As children we were wide open and very creative, trying to operate in a complicated world that a child cannot understand. Thus, creating coping mechanisms that may not work for us as adults. By working with the inner-child we can heal those deep seeded feelings of fear, hurt, anger and lack of self- worth. Letting go of what is in the way of love.

Anxiety and Overwhelm: are caused by inner fears.

Self-Sabotage:  A deep subconscious pattern that will not allow you to live a happy life. Self-sabotage is inner conflict.

​

Feeling Stuck:  Lack of clarity and confusion over too many conflicting feelings can STOP you from moving forward. Finding hope, clarity, and direction opens you up to greater possibilities.

Relationships:  Relationships are a big focus and pathway to growth oftentimes causing pain. Relationships are as complex as we are. By finding clarity in the fishnet of feelings we find our way to heal our hearts and a way forward.

Past Hurts & Anger:  Past Hurts and Anger can be so strong that it makes it impossible to live in the present moment and create a life we truly want to live. It's time to heal these emotional scars.

Bad Habits:  Whatever the habit is… You are not your habits and habits can be changed!

Test Anxiety:  Your brain is like a muscle; performance stress makes your brain up tight and then all the information you learned does not flow when you ask it to recall something. Relax the brain, relax the person and let the information flow.
